See a live production of the Charles Dickens classic, "A Christmas Carol," featuring flying spirits, disappearing ghosts and singing statues. Silver Dollar City's "Old Time Christmas" runs from November 3 to December 30.
59th Annual Adoration Parade takes place on December 2. The old fashioned parade features over 70 bands and floats that pass through the streets of downtown Branson. The climax of the Adoration Parade to the lighting of the nativity scene on top of Mount Branson.
The Tree Lighting Celebration transforms Branson into a magical holiday wonderland. Each evening at 5:30 pm, guests gather on the Square to witness the lighting of the glittering Special Effects Christmas Tree, which is a spectacular seven stories high. The Christmas tree is decorated with over 250,000 lights which are coordinated to sparkle in coordination with the movements of Christmas songs. The Christmas Tree plays classic Holiday sons, such a Handel's "Hallelujah Chorus' and the 'Carol of the Bells."
